The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who
welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through Upwork
Platform. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities,
and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current
market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy, either verbally or in written form.
- Well-rounded young professionals who can evaluate a business for its weaknesses and strengths.
- He/She must be a business-mind person, willing to expand his/her business development experience and show he/she’s ready for leadership roles.
- Must be graduated in bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
- A willingness to work with the same spirit for long hours and meeting project deadlines.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
- A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively.
- Knowledge or experience in Upwork bidding and Proposal writing would be a plus
